These terms apply to the TheraCare website. Please read them before you book.
The service and prices
TheraCare arranges counselling sessions for women in India. The website helps you begin the process; a person on our team then arranges your care.
Our V1 prices are:
- Introduction consult₹799
- Individual sessions₹2,500–₹5,000
- 8-session SFBT programme₹20,000
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The amount due for your consultation is shown before you pay.
Booking and payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your time slot is confirmed only after payment succeeds and Razorpay sends its signed confirmation.
While you complete payment, your slot is held for 10 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the slot is released and you can choose another time.
Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance. We leave a 10-minute gap between consultations.
If a payment fails, you can retry while the slot is still held. If the slot expires, please select a new time.
After payment, you receive a calendar invitation and a confirmation email. The answers you share in the intake form are used only to arrange your care and are not included in that email.
Reschedules, cancellations and refunds
Reschedules and cancellations are handled manually. Please contact TheraCare to change or cancel a booked slot.
We ask for at least 12 hours' notice for a reschedule or cancellation.
Refunds are issued from the Razorpay dashboard in line with our refund policy and the notice given.
Consent and privacy
Your consent is recorded with the exact wording you agree to, the version of the form, and the time you gave it. Consent is given separately for each thing we ask.
The intake answers you share are treated as sensitive and stored securely. Only people with the right to see them can read them.

Not an emergency service
