How TheraCare handles what you share when you book an intro consult, in plain language.
Your consent, recorded
When you fill in the intake form on the Book page, you choose what you share. Nothing that matters is ticked for you by default.
We ask for a separate, explicit consent to TheraCare processing your intake answers so we can arrange your care. That consent is never pre-selected, and what you agree to is kept with its version and the time you agreed.
You may take part in a consult without answering optional questions; the form tells you which fields are required. If you later change your mind, you can ask us to withdraw consent using the contact details at the end of this page.
What we collect, and what we leave out
Your intake form asks for up to twelve fields, and takes about two minutes. Required: your first name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (with a +91 default) and confirmation that you are 18 or older. You also choose your preferred language for sessions and tell us what brings you here, with an optional short note.
Optional: your city, whether you have had therapy before, and the days and times that suit you.
We keep this to what is needed to match you with care and arrange the intro consult. We do not ask for your full name, address or other details the matching does not need.
How your answers are protected
Sensitive answers and your consent record are stored encrypted in our records system. Access is limited by role: only the roles that need to read intake answers can see them.
Every view of an intake record is logged with who read it and when. Intake answers are not included in transactional emails; your confirmation email tells you that the booking is in place, not what you wrote in the form.
How long we keep records
Intake, booking and payment records are kept for the period set out in TheraCare’s retention policy, after which they are removed.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the contact address on this page. We will confirm what we have done.
No ad pixels on the booking journey
The Book page and the intake form carry no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. What you write there is for arranging your care, not for building a profile elsewhere.
Elsewhere on the site we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand visits and which booking buttons are used, so the site stays simple to use on a phone. These measurements are aggregated and are not linked to your intake answers.
Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not contact a third-party font service.
