Four unhurried steps. You begin with a short intake, choose a slot, and we take it from there.
Tell us a little about you
Complete a short intake form — up to twelve fields, about two minutes. We ask for your first name, email and WhatsApp, your preferred language, and what brings you here.
Choose a slot and pay
Pick a time for your ₹799 intro consult and complete payment through Razorpay. Your slot is only confirmed once payment succeeds.
Your confirmation arrives
After payment you receive a calendar invitation for the session, with an optional Google Meet link, and a confirmation email.
We match you with a therapist
A member of the TheraCare team reviews your intake and matches you with a therapist, then arranges your sessions with you directly.

Confidentiality
What you share stays private.
Telling someone what brings you here takes trust. In plain words, this is how TheraCare handles what you share before your first conversation.
- Your intake answers
What you share in the intake form is used to arrange the right care for you. It is not printed on your confirmation email.
- Who can read them
Intake answers are kept in the private admin area, where only the roles responsible for matching you can open them. Each view is logged.
- How they are stored
Consent is recorded with its own version, and your notes are held securely rather than left in open inboxes or shared documents.
- Staying in control
You can read the full Privacy policy before you book, and you can ask us about your information at any time.
