1. Introduction

The "laser-make" project aims to create an interactive platform where users can engage with realistic male and female avatars. These avatars are designed to respond to user commands, providing a dynamic and engaging user experience.

2. System Overview

The system will feature advanced AI-driven avatars capable of performing tasks as instructed by the user. The avatars will be visually realistic and capable of executing a wide range of commands, enhancing user interaction and engagement.

3. Functional Requirements as Story Points

  • As a User, I should be able to interact with a realistic female avatar that can perform tasks as instructed.
  • As a User, I should be able to interact with a realistic male avatar that can perform tasks as instructed.
  • As a User, I should be able to issue commands to the avatars and receive appropriate responses.

4. User Personas

  • User: An individual who interacts with the avatars, issuing commands and expecting responsive actions.

  • User logs into the platform -> selects an avatar (male or female) -> issues a command -> avatar performs the task -> user receives feedback or results.

7. Signature Design Concept

The homepage will feature an interactive 3D scene where users can select and interact with avatars. The avatars will be positioned in a virtual environment that mimics a real-world setting. Users can click on the avatars to issue commands, and the avatars will respond with realistic animations and actions.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The landing page will showcase a dynamic scene where the avatars are introduced in a virtual environment. Using motion/react, the avatars will animate into view, performing a simple task like waving or nodding to acknowledge the user's presence. This animation will loop every 10 seconds, providing a continuous and engaging visual experience. Users can interact with the avatars by clicking on them, prompting a change in the avatar's behavior or position, demonstrating the system's responsiveness.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Interaction Model: Animated
  • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. Interactive elements will have spring physics to enhance user engagement.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system must ensure high performance and responsiveness to user commands.
  • Avatars should maintain a realistic appearance and behavior to enhance user experience.
