1. Introduction

This document outlines the system requirements for the AI-Powered Dental Clinic Management System. The platform is designed to streamline and automate the daily operations of a dental clinic through intelligent workflows, patient management, AI-assisted clinical documentation, treatment monitoring, communication systems, appointment scheduling, inventory management, billing, insurance administration, and operational analytics.

The system will support both light and dark themes with a toggle button for users to switch between them.
