1. Introduction
The Kinetic-1 project aims to develop an AI-driven WhatsApp appointment system for clinics, specifically tailored to Indian workflows. This system will automate tasks such as booking appointments, sending reminders, rescheduling, collecting payments, and answering frequently asked questions (FAQs). The target customers include dentists, physiotherapy clinics, dermatologists, and pediatricians.
2. System Overview
Kinetic-1 is designed to alleviate the workload of clinic receptionists by automating routine interactions with patients via WhatsApp. The system will leverage AI to handle appointment scheduling, reminders, rescheduling, payment processing, and FAQ responses. This solution addresses the inefficiencies in current systems and offers a cost-effective alternative to existing solutions that do not adequately support local Indian workflows.

- As a Dentist, I should be able to have the AI book appointments for my patients via WhatsApp.

7. Signature Design Concept
The Kinetic-1 homepage will feature an interactive WhatsApp chat simulation. Users can click and drag to simulate a conversation with the AI, demonstrating the booking and FAQ response capabilities. The chat interface will animate messages appearing in real-time, showcasing the AI's efficiency. This interactive experience will be built using motion/react for smooth animations and transitions.
Landing Hero Motion Brief
The landing page will feature a dynamic illustration of a clinic reception area. Patients (represented by icons) will enter the scene, interact with a virtual receptionist (AI), and exit with a confirmation message. The animation will loop every 10 seconds, highlighting the seamless interaction process. The composition will include layers for the reception desk, patient icons, and message bubbles, all animated to convey a lively and efficient environment.
8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction
The landing page will adopt an "animated" interaction model, with scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. The homepage will feature a continuous 2D motion loop, emphasizing the AI's capabilities in managing patient interactions. Internal pages will maintain a "static" layout for clarity and ease of use.
