System Requirements Document (SRD) for jade-clone

1. Introduction

The jade-clone project aims to create a pixel-perfect, single-file HTML/CSS/JS clone of Vizard.ai. This clone will replicate the original platform's aesthetic, functionality, and interactions while adhering to strict constraints: no external libraries, no images, and all visuals/mockups implemented in pure HTML/CSS. The project is tailored for Omkar, based in India, and will follow locale-specific defaults where applicable.

2. System Overview

The jade-clone system is a lightweight, static web application designed to mimic the Vizard.ai platform. It will feature a responsive, mobile-friendly design with smooth animations and interactions. The system will include all major sections of the original platform, such as a navbar, hero section, features, pricing, and testimonials, while maintaining a cohesive dark-themed aesthetic with purple accents. The project will be delivered as a single index.html file with inline <style> and <script> elements.

Mockup Details:

  • Timeline: A horizontal bar with "clips" represented as rounded rectangles in varying shades of purple.
  • Clip Cards: Three cards below the timeline, each with a dark background, purple borders, and rounded corners. Hovering over a card will slightly lift it with a shadow effect.
  • Sidebar: A vertical menu on the left with placeholder icons (inline SVGs) for tools like "Cut," "Reframe," and "Export."
