indigo-build System Requirements Document

1. Introduction

The "indigo-build" project aims to develop an AI agent website for a software company that provides a comprehensive range of services. This document outlines the system requirements necessary to achieve the project's objectives.

2. System Overview

The indigo-build project will create an AI-driven website designed to facilitate the interaction between users and the software company's service offerings. The website will leverage AI capabilities to enhance user experience, streamline service delivery, and provide personalized recommendations.

3. Functional Requirements as Story Points

  • As a User, I should be able to interact with an AI agent to inquire about available services.
  • As a User, I should be able to receive personalized service recommendations based on my preferences and history.
  • As a User, I should be able to book services directly through the AI agent.
  • As a User, I should be able to receive real-time updates and notifications about my service requests.
  • As an Admin, I should be able to manage the AI agent's responses and update service offerings.
  • As an Admin, I should be able to view analytics on user interactions with the AI agent.

4. User Personas

  • User: Individuals seeking services from the software company, looking for efficient and personalized interactions.
  • Admin: Company staff responsible for managing the AI agent, updating service offerings, and analyzing user interactions.

5. Core User Flows

  • User interacts with AI agent -> AI agent provides service recommendations -> User books a service -> User receives confirmation and updates.
  • Admin updates service offerings -> Admin reviews user interaction analytics -> Admin adjusts AI agent responses based on insights.

6. Visuals Colors and Theme

7. Signature Design Concept

The indigo-build website will feature an interactive AI agent interface on the home page. The AI agent will be represented by a dynamic, animated character that responds to user inputs in real-time. The character will have subtle animations, such as blinking and nodding, to create a lifelike interaction. Users can click or type to interact with the agent, which will provide service recommendations and booking options.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The landing page will feature a continuously moving 2D composition where the AI agent character is the focal point. The character will be surrounded by animated service icons that represent different offerings. As users interact with the agent, the icons will animate to show the transformation of user input into service outcomes. The animation will loop every 10 seconds, with a clear start and end point to maintain user engagement.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Intended Interaction Model: Animated
  • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. The AI agent character will have spring physics for interactive elements, providing a polished and engaging user experience.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The website must be responsive and accessible across all devices and browsers.
  • The AI agent must handle at least 1000 concurrent user interactions without performance degradation.
  • The system must ensure data privacy and comply with relevant data protection regulations.

10. Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React for Web
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI
  • Database: MySQL or MariaDB, use Alembic for migrations
  • AI Models: GPT 5.4 for user-friendly responses
  • AI Tools: Litellm for LLM Routing
  • Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose
  • Server-side Orchestration: Kubernetes

11. Assumptions and Constraints

  • The AI agent will be trained to understand and respond to user queries related to the software company's services.
  • The system will be designed to scale as the user base grows.
  • The project will adhere to the company's branding guidelines.

12. Glossary

  • AI Agent: An artificial intelligence-driven interface that interacts with users to provide information and services.
  • Admin: A user with privileges to manage the AI agent and service offerings.
  • User: An individual interacting with the AI agent to access the company's services.
