Admin-Controlled Birthday Surprise Platform Build this as a complete web application, not a static birthday website. The website has only two types of users: Admin (Me) Birthday Recipient (My Friend) Recipients cannot register, edit, upload, or create anything. They can only view the birthday surprise that I created specifically for them. User Roles Admin I am the only administrator. Only I have an email and password. Example: Email: admin@example.com Password: Only I can log into the Admin Dashboard. No one else can create an admin account. No public admin registration page should exist. Birthday Recipient Recipients DO NOT have accounts. They DO NOT register. They DO NOT create passwords. They simply enter: • Their Name • Their Date of Birth If the entered Name and DOB exactly match a profile created by me, they are taken to their personalized birthday experience. If not, show a beautifully designed message: "This birthday surprise could not be found." Admin Dashboard After logging in as Admin, display a modern dashboard with beautiful analytics cards. Dashboard sections: • Total Birthday Profiles • Upcoming Birthdays • Recently Created Profiles • Storage Usage • Quick Actions The dashboard should feel like a premium SaaS product with glassmorphism, subtle animations, floating cards, and elegant charts. Create Birthday Profile A prominent "Create Birthday Surprise" button opens a multi-step form. The Admin fills: Friend Full Name Date of Birth Nickname (optional) Favorite Color Relationship Personal Quote Birthday Title Birthday Subtitle Long Birthday Letter Special Memories Fun Facts Favorite Song Spotify or YouTube Music URL Background Music Theme Selection Animation Style Accent Color Confetti Style Firework Style Profile Visibility Friend Login Credentials The login credentials for each birthday page are simply: Friend Name Date of Birth These are created only by the Admin. Recipients cannot change them. Recipients cannot view or edit their credentials. Photo Uploads Admin can upload: Hero Photo Profile Picture Gallery Photos Memory Photos Childhood Photos Travel Photos Funny Photos Polaroid Photos Background Images Videos Unlimited uploads. Images must be stored permanently in cloud storage (Supabase Storage or Firebase Storage). Never use localStorage for images. Multiple Birthday Profiles Support unlimited birthday profiles. Example: Ahmed Aisha Mohammed Sarah Ali Fatima John Emily Each profile has its own: • Name • DOB • Photos • Letter • Music • Theme • Animations • Gallery • Timeline • Videos Profiles are completely isolated from one another. A user logging in as Ahmed can never access Sarah's page. Admin Management Each profile should have actions: View Preview Edit Duplicate Delete Archive Restore Search Sort Filter Birthday Countdown Birthday Page After a successful login, display a unique personalized experience using the uploaded content. No placeholder content should appear after deployment. Data Security Recipients can only: View their birthday page. They cannot: Edit photos Upload images Delete anything Change messages Access the Admin Dashboard Access other birthday profiles View URLs of other profiles View the database Storage Store all information in a real backend. Each recipient logs in only with their name and date of birth to view their own surprise page. All photos, messages, music, animations, and memories are permanently stored in the backend, and the entire experience should feel cinematic, luxurious, emotional, and visually stunning.
