6. Signature Design Concept

Concept: Interactive Burger Builder

The homepage will feature an Interactive Burger Builder as its centerpiece. This dynamic tool will allow users to visually construct their burgers layer by layer. Here's how it works:

  • 3D Burger Assembly: Using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei, the burger builder will display a 3D model of a burger. Users can drag and drop ingredients (bun, patty, lettuce, cheese, etc.) onto the burger stack.
  • Ingredient Selection: A carousel below the 3D burger will showcase available ingredients. Clicking an ingredient adds it to the burger, while dragging it off removes it.
  • Real-Time Updates: As users customize their burger, the price and nutritional information update dynamically.
  • Animations: Smooth transitions and spring physics (via framer-motion) will make the interactions feel tactile and engaging.
  • CTA Integration: Once the burger is complete, users can click a glowing "Add to Cart" button that pulses gently to draw attention.

This feature will make the heroic-webshop instantly memorable and fun, encouraging users to explore and customize their orders.

7. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

Interaction Model: Parallax

The landing page will use a parallax interaction model to create a layered depth effect. Atmospheric elements like burger ingredients (e.g., buns, patties, lettuce) will float and shift subtly as users scroll, creating a dynamic and immersive experience.

Motion Direction:

  • Scroll-triggered reveals: Sections of the page (menu, cart, checkout) will fade in and slide up as users scroll.
  • Hover transitions: Buttons and interactive elements will scale slightly and change color on hover.
  • Spring physics: Interactive elements like the burger builder will use spring physics for smooth and responsive movements.

8. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system must support high traffic loads during peak hours (e.g., lunch and dinner times).
  • The platform must be responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Payment processing must comply with PCI DSS standards for security.
  • The system must support localization for Croatian language and currency (HRK or EUR).
  • The platform must ensure fast loading times, with a target of under 2 seconds for all pages.
