Build me a complete sales tracker CRM for my sales team (setters and closers). It has three views plus a projection module. Nothing is entered twice — everything downstream auto-calculates from lead cards. VIEW 1 — KANBAN BOARD (main input) Drag-and-drop board, one card per lead. Columns = Lead Status: New, Proposal, Deposit, Follow-Up Ongoing, Meeting Follow-Up, Won, Lost. Each card contains: • Contact: Lead Name, Company, Email, Phone #, Source, Setter Name, Closer Name • Dates: Date Created, First Contact Date/Time, Date Meeting Booked, Date of Meeting • Meeting Status: Show / No-Show / Rescheduled By Us / Rescheduled By Them / Cancel / DQ • Call outcome: Offer Made (yes/no), 1-Call Sale or Follow-Up Sale • If Lost: required Loss Reason dropdown: Price / Timing / Partner-Spouse / Competitor / Ghosted / Not Qualified • Money: Deposit Amount, Total Deal Value, Cash Collected, Date Paid In Full, Refund/Clawback Amount, Commission %, Earnings (auto: (revenue - refunds) x commission %) • Follow-up tracking: Last Touch Date, auto "aging" flag if a card in Follow-Up Ongoing has no touch in 7+ days VIEW 2 — LEAD LOG All card data as a filterable, sortable table. VIEW 3 — VISIBILITY DASHBOARD (auto-calculated, filterable by rep, source, and date range) Setter metrics: • Dials/DMs sent, Conversations, Conversations-to-Booked % (add a simple daily activity input per setter) • Speed to Lead: average minutes from Date Created to First Contact • Booking Lag: average days from Date Booked to Date of Meeting • Calls Scheduled, Calls Taken, Declines, Cancels, No-Shows, Show-Up Rate % • DQ Rate per setter (DQ'd meetings / meetings set) Closer metrics: • Offer Rate % (offers made / calls taken) • Close Rate % (total sales / calls taken) AND Close Rate on Offers (sales / offers made) • 1-Call Sales vs. Follow-Up Sales • Average Deal Size and Revenue Per Call Taken (RPC) • Loss Reason breakdown (pie/bar chart) • Follow-Up Aging: count of deals in Follow-Up Ongoing untouched 7+ days Money metrics: • Deposits, Total Sales, Revenue Generated, Cash Collected • Deposit-to-Paid-In-Full Conversion % and average Days to Collect • Refunds/Clawbacks total, Net Revenue • Revenue Goal (editable), Goal Completion %, Commissions Earned per rep (net of clawbacks) PROJECTION MODULE Forecast end-of-month revenue and cash from: current meetings scheduled, show-up rate, offer rate, close rate, and average deal size. Show best/expected/worst case. Design: clean, mobile-friendly, fast daily input. Highlight in red anything that predicts leaks: booking lag over 4 days, follow-ups aging 7+ days, deposits unpaid 14+ days.

System Requirements Document for Heroic-Me

Introduction

Heroic-Me is a comprehensive sales tracker CRM designed to enhance the efficiency of sales teams, specifically focusing on setters and closers. The system is structured to automate downstream calculations from lead cards, ensuring that data is entered only once and utilized across various views and modules.

System Overview

Heroic-Me is designed to streamline sales tracking and management through three primary views and a projection module. The system is mobile-friendly, allowing for fast daily input and highlighting potential issues in real-time. The core components include a Kanban Board for lead management, a Lead Log for data analysis, and a Visibility Dashboard for performance metrics. Additionally, the Projection Module provides revenue forecasts based on current data.

Signature Design Concept

Interactive Kanban Experience

The homepage features an interactive Kanban board that visually represents the sales pipeline. Each lead card is a dynamic element that users can drag and drop between columns. As cards move, they animate with a smooth transition, providing visual feedback. The board is designed with a clean, modern aesthetic, using the primary and secondary colors to differentiate between lead statuses. Hovering over a card reveals additional details in a pop-up, and clicking on a card expands it to show full lead information.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The landing page introduces the Kanban board with a short animation sequence: lead cards appear from the bottom of the screen and snap into their respective columns. The animation loops every 10 seconds, showcasing the fluidity of the drag-and-drop feature. The sequence is built using motion/react for seamless transitions and responsive behavior. The animation highlights the transformation of leads through the sales process, emphasizing the system's efficiency and ease of use.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Interaction Model: Animated
  • The landing page features moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. Interactive elements, such as lead cards, utilize spring physics for a polished experience. The design is optimized for feature-rich product pages, ensuring clarity and engagement.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system must be mobile-friendly and responsive across all devices.
  • Data entry should be minimized to prevent duplication and ensure accuracy.
  • The system should provide real-time updates and alerts for potential issues.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React for Web
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI
  • Database: MySQL or MariaDB
  • AI Models: GPT 5.4 for user-friendly responses
  • Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose

Assumptions and Constraints

  • The system assumes a stable internet connection for real-time updates.
  • User authentication and secure access control are assumed but not detailed in this document.
  • The system is constrained to the specified tech stack for development and deployment.
