System Requirements Document

Introduction

This document outlines the system requirements for a project related to a stage d'initiation for obtaining a diploma from the Écoles Nationales de Commerce et de Gestion (ENCG). The project involves transitioning from a cash-based accounting system to an accrual-based accounting system. The stage is conducted at TGR — Perception de Sefrou during July 2026.

System Overview

The project aims to facilitate the transition of accounting systems at TGR — Perception de Sefrou. The focus is on implementing an accrual-based accounting system to improve financial reporting and management.

Functional Requirements

1. As a student, I want to include the logos of ENCG Fès, TGR, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the header of my report to ensure proper branding and recognition.

2. As a student, I want to document the theme of my internship, which is the transition from cash-based accounting to accrual-based accounting, to clearly define the scope of my work.

3. As a student, I want to list the names of my academic and professional supervisors in my report to acknowledge their guidance and support.

4. As a student, I want to specify the period of my internship in my report to provide a clear timeline of my work experience.

User Personas

1. Student (Ilyass Akhmouch): Responsible for compiling the internship report, including all necessary elements such as logos, themes, supervisor names, and internship period.

2. Academic Supervisor (Pr Daoud Miloud): Provides academic guidance and oversight for the internship project.

3. Professional Supervisor (Mr. Ali Laaraj): Offers professional insights and supervision during the internship at TGR.
