1. Introduction

The grand-ppt project aims to create a PowerPoint presentation based on user-provided content. The presentation will visually organize the information in a clear, professional, and engaging manner, adhering to the user's preferences and reference materials. This document outlines the system requirements for the project.

2. System Overview

The system will generate a PowerPoint presentation using the content provided by the user. It will include:

• Title slide
• Content slides with key tasks, extensions, and questions
• Visual styling inspired by the reference image
• Optional visuals and styling enhancements based on user feedback

The presentation will be delivered in .pptx format, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft PowerPoint and similar software.

3. Functional Requirements

• As User, I should be able to provide content for the slides via text or images.
• As User, I should be able to review and request changes to the generated presentation.
• As User, I should receive the presentation in .pptx format.
• As User, I should see slides styled according to the reference image provided.

4. User Personas

• Admin: Responsible for generating and delivering the presentation.
• User: Provides content and reviews the generated presentation.

5. Visuals Colors and Theme

Color Palette:

Inspired by the reference image, the following color palette is created for the project:

• Background: #FFFFFF (White)
• Surface: #F5F5F5 (Light Gray)
• Text: #000000 (Black)
• Accent: #FFD700 (Yellow Highlight)
• Muted: #808080 (Gray)

This palette ensures readability and highlights key sections effectively.

6. Signature Design Concept

Interactive Highlighted Sections:

The presentation will feature a bold design concept where highlighted sections (e.g., "Extension" and "Questions") dynamically glow when hovered over during the slideshow. This glow effect will use the accent color (#FFD700) and subtle animations to draw attention to critical points.

Home Slide Design: The title slide will feature a clean layout with:

• A large, bold title in black (#000000).
• A yellow accent underline (#FFD700) beneath the title.
• Subtle animations where the subtitle fades in after the title appears.

Content Slide Design:

• Key tasks and questions will be presented in bullet points with yellow highlights for emphasis.
• Smooth transitions between slides to maintain engagement.

• The system must generate presentations within 5 minutes of receiving content.
• The presentation must be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
