7. Signature Design Concept

The gamma-an platform will feature an interactive dashboard that feels like a dynamic control center. The homepage will have a "living data stream" concept where real-time data flows across the screen, visually representing customer interactions and AI insights. Users can click on data points to expand detailed views, drag to rearrange dashboard widgets, and hover to see instant analytics. The dashboard will use motion/react for smooth transitions and animations, ensuring an engaging and responsive experience.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The landing page will feature a continuous loop animation where customer data inputs (like emails, tickets, and meetings) flow into a central AI processor. The processor transforms these inputs into actionable insights, which then radiate outwards as visualized outcomes (e.g., improved health scores, reduced churn). This animation will be built using motion/react to ensure a seamless and interactive experience.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Interaction Model: Animated
  • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. Interactive elements will have spring physics for a polished feel. The dashboard will maintain a static layout for clarity, with minimal motion to enhance usability.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

  • The platform must be responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
  • It should support high availability and handle concurrent user sessions efficiently.
  • Data security and privacy must comply with industry standards and regulations.

10. Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React for Web
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI
  • Database RDBMS: MySQL, using Alembic for migrations
  • AI Models: GPT 5.4, Claude Sonnet 5, Gemini 3.1 pro
  • AI Tools: Litellm, Langchain
  • Local Orchestration: Docker, docker-compose
  • Server-side Orchestration: Kubernetes

11. Assumptions and Constraints

  • The platform will primarily serve users in the US, adhering to local regulations and standards.
  • Integration with third-party services like Email, Slack, and Calendar is assumed to be seamless and reliable.
