Yes. All prescription files are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption during upload and stored in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable Indian health data regulations. Your prescription is only accessible to our licensed pharmacists for verification purposes and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

You can upload a new, corrected prescription directly from the Prescriptions page at any time.
You can obtain a digital prescription by consulting a registered doctor via any telemedicine platform licensed under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued by the Government of India — such as Apollo 247, Practo, or 1mg Consult. The doctor will issue an e-prescription (PDF) directly, which you can upload here. Alternatively, you may scan or photograph a physical prescription from your clinic visit, ensuring it is clearly legible with the doctor's stamp and signature visible.
