Signature Design Concept
The homepage of the "fierce-description" CRM will feature an interactive "Sales Journey Map." This concept will visualize the sales process as a dynamic, scrollable map where each stage of the sales funnel is represented as a distinct location. Users can click on different stages to reveal detailed information, tips, and resources for that part of the sales process. The map will be animated using framer-motion for smooth transitions and gsap for scroll-triggered animations, providing an engaging and educational experience for users.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction
The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model. This will create a layered depth effect as users scroll, with decorative elements moving at different speeds to enhance the storytelling aspect of the sales journey. The real content will remain in the normal flow, ensuring a natural and intuitive navigation experience.
Non-Functional Requirements
- The system should be highly responsive and accessible on various devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance with relevant regulations.
- The system should support high availability and reliability to minimize downtime.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React for Web
- Backend: Python, FastAPI
- Database: MySQL or MariaDB, using Alembic for migrations
Assumptions and Constraints
- The CRM will initially focus on essential features for sales teams, with potential for future expansion.
- The system will be deployed in an environment that supports Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration.
