The fierce-agent project is an innovative SaaS platform designed to revolutionize cold calling through AI-driven, human-like conversational agents. This platform enables businesses, such as education counselors and other industries, to automate outreach by uploading contact lists and deploying AI agents to make calls, pitch services, and engage in real-time two-way conversations in Hindi.

This document outlines the system requirements for fierce-agent, ensuring it delivers a seamless, scalable, and human-like AI experience for businesses across India.

2. System Overview

The fierce-agent platform is a SaaS-based web application that allows businesses to:

  • Upload bulk contact lists for automated outbound calls.
