This is the focused exchange for one report — the reviewer's clarification requests and the reporter's replies, in order, with timestamps. Reporters see the exchanges for their own reports; reviewers see exchanges for the reports assigned to them.
Participant labels never expose reporter identity to anyone outside the assigned reviewer and administrator.
This exchange is only visible to the reporter who filed the report, the reviewer assigned to it, and administrators. If you believe you should have access, contact an administrator for this report.
Reports and evidence are private by default. Nothing you submit is published automatically, and no summary is ever shared without a decision you made yourself.
Only an administrator-approved, redacted summary can appear publicly, and only when you have explicitly given consent to be considered for a public summary. All three conditions must hold at the same time.
A report does not prove wrongdoing. ClearSignal does not make legal or safety determinations automatically, and filing a concern is not a determination about any person or product.

ClearSignal is for adults documenting digital experiences that may affect safety or wellbeing. A concern can be written down in your own words and kept private — you are not asked to prove intent or wrongdoing, and nothing is judged automatically.

Filing or reviewing a report does not prove wrongdoing. A concern is a record of something you noticed, not a finding about anyone.
