Design and develop a full-stack Food Delivery Web Application using modern technologies including React.js (with Vite) for the frontend, and Node.js with Express.js for the backend. Use MongoDB (via Mongoose) as the database for storing user, order, and food data. The application should include the following core features and modules: 1. User Authentication System: Sign Up with email and mobile number Login and Logout functionality Secure authentication using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) OTP (One-Time Password) verification system for registration and login (via email or SMS) 2. Food Ordering System: Display dynamic food menu with categories (Veg, Non-Veg, Chinese, Fast Food, etc.) Add to Cart functionality Update/remove items from cart Place order with address and payment option (Cash on Delivery / Online Payment simulation) 3. Online Order Tracking: Real-time order tracking system (order placed → preparing → out for delivery → delivered) Status updates using WebSockets or polling 4. AI Agent Integration: Implement an AI chatbot/agent to assist users Features include: food recommendations, answering FAQs, order help, and personalized suggestions 5. Notification System: Push notifications or in-app notifications for order updates, offers, and OTP verification 6. Backend API: RESTful APIs using Express.js CRUD operations for users, food items, and orders Middleware for authentication and error handling 7. Database Design (MongoDB with Mongoose): User schema (name, email, password, phone, address) Food schema (name, category, price, description, image) Order schema (user, items, total price, status, timestamps) 8. Frontend UI/UX: Responsive design using React.js Use modern UI practices (cards, modals, loaders, animations) Pages: Home, Menu, Cart, Login/Register, Profile, Order Tracking 9. Additional Features: Search and filter food items Admin panel (optional) to manage menu and orders Deployment-ready structure 10.
