copper-web

byRitu Raj

I have an idea for a web application and mobile app that could improve the hospital appointment and waiting experience. Whenever we visit a hospital and book an appointment with a doctor, we usually don’t know how long we will have to wait, how many patients are ahead of us, or whether the doctor has arrived yet. This can lead to a lot of unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. My idea is to develop a real-time hospital appointment and queue management system where patients can see their appointment status, queue number, estimated waiting time, the number of patients ahead of them, and the expected time when they will be seen by the doctor. The system could also show whether the doctor has arrived, if there is any delay, and notify patients when their turn is approaching. The goal is to save patients’ time, reduce crowding and unnecessary waiting in hospitals, and make the appointment process more transparent and convenient.
