System Overview

GymDiet AI is a mobile application that combines the functionalities of a professional nutrition coach, personal trainer, and dietitian into one intelligent AI assistant. The app will leverage AI to conduct natural conversations with users, gather essential fitness and dietary information, and generate personalized diet plans. Signature Design Concept

The homepage of GymDiet AI will feature an interactive 3D gym environment using @react-three/fiber. Users will navigate through different sections of the app by "walking" through the gym. Each section, such as diet plans, progress tracking, and recipe recommendations, will be represented as different gym equipment. Users can click on the equipment to access detailed information and interact with the AI. This immersive experience will make the app engaging and memorable, encouraging users to explore and utilize all features.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The interaction model for the GymDiet AI landing page will be "parallax". The layered depth effect will create an engaging experience as users scroll through the app. The gym-themed UI will feature animated transitions and hover effects to enhance interactivity. Internal pages will maintain a "static" model for clarity and ease of use, focusing on data-heavy content like charts and analytics.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The application must respond to user inputs within 2 seconds.
  • The AI chat system should handle at least 1000 concurrent users.
  • The app should be available 99.9% of the time.
