Signature Design Concept

The calm-birthday website will feature an interactive "Wish Garden" as its signature design concept. Upon entering the site, users will be greeted by a serene garden scene with animated lily flowers and a central peacock feather. Users can click on the feather to reveal a virtual candle. Blowing into the microphone will extinguish the candle, triggering a gentle animation of lily petals scattering across the screen. As the petals settle, a wish-making interface will appear, allowing the user to type and submit their wish. The garden will subtly change colors based on the time of day, using framer-motion for smooth transitions and gsap for scroll-triggered animations.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will employ a "parallax" interaction model, creating a sense of depth and immersion as users scroll through the garden scene. Layers of animated lilies and peacock feathers will move at different speeds, enhancing the storytelling aspect of the website. Internal pages, such as the photo gallery and message board, will use a "static" model to prioritize readability and user interaction.
