The "cafe-app" is designed to enhance the customer experience for a café by providing an interactive and engaging platform. This document outlines the system requirements for the development of the cafe-app, focusing on creating an animated and 3D landing page to attract customers and share the café's menu.

Signature Design Concept

The landing page of the cafe-app will feature an interactive 3D café environment using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. Customers can navigate through a virtual café space where each section represents a different part of the menu. For instance, hovering over a coffee cup will reveal the coffee menu, while a pastry display will show dessert options. The page will have animated transitions, such as a door opening to reveal the menu or a coffee steam effect when selecting a drink. This immersive experience will captivate users and encourage exploration.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, providing layered depth via scroll. As customers scroll, different sections of the café will come into view, with decorative layers translating at different speeds. This model will create a visually rich first impression, perfect for attracting and engaging customers.

Non-Functional Requirements

• The app should load within 3 seconds to ensure a smooth user experience.
• The 3D elements should be optimized for performance across various devices.
• The app should be accessible and comply with WCAG 2.1 standards.
