Smart Fuel Queue Management System Using Mobile Application Abstract The Smart Fuel Queue Management System is a mobile-based application developed to reduce waiting time and improve efficiency at fuel stations. During peak hours and fuel shortages, customers often face long queues and traffic congestion at petrol pumps. This system provides a smart solution by allowing users to view live queue status, fuel availability, and estimated waiting time through a mobile application. The application enables users to register, select nearby fuel stations, and book digital tokens for fueling. The system manages the queue automatically and sends notifications to users when their turn approaches. Fuel station administrators can update fuel stock, monitor queues, and manage token flow through an admin dashboard. The proposed system uses modern technologies such as Flutter for mobile app development and Firebase for backend services and real-time database management. The system improves customer convenience, reduces overcrowding, saves fuel wasted in long waiting lines, and enhances fuel station management efficiency. This project demonstrates how smart technology and mobile applications can be used to solve real-world traffic and queue management problems effectively.
