bold-design is a graphic design service application tailored for customers in the UAE. It will provide users with access to a categorized list of 50 services, dynamic pricing options, and a streamlined order placement process. The app will also empower the owner, M. Imad, with exclusive administrative controls to manage services, pricing, and customer data.

Key features include:

• Cross-platform compatibility (iOS, Android, PC/Web).
• Professional red and black visual theme.
• Dynamic Pricing Engine for material selection, GSM, and design uploads.
• Integrated payment system in AED via Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

As User:

• I should be able to log in using my mobile number (OTP) or Gmail.
• I should be able to browse a categorized list of 50 services.
• I should be able to select materials, GSM, and upload design files during order placement.
• I should be able to make payments in AED via Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
• I should be able to view service descriptions and sample designs.
• I should be able to chat with a designer in real-time.

As Admin (M. Imad):

• I should be able to log in exclusively using mohamed7imad3@gmail.com.
• I should be able to access the Owner Dashboard to edit prices, services, and categories.
• I should be able to update the "About Us" and contact details.
• I should be able to view full customer profiles and track order statuses.
• I should be able to manage customer queries from the "Live Chat with Designer" feature.
