Introduction

The "azure-services" project aims to develop a modern, simple, and mobile-friendly website for the Authorized Samsung Service Centre located in Chas Bokaro. The website will reflect Samsung's brand identity through its design and functionality, providing essential information and services to customers efficiently.

System Overview

The website for the Authorized Samsung Service Centre will serve as a digital interface for customers to access service information, contact details, and location. It will feature a clean layout, fast loading speed, and SEO optimization for local searches in Chas/Bokaro. The integration of Google Reviews will enhance trust and transparency by showcasing customer feedback.

Functional Requirements

  • As a User, I should be able to view the homepage with a clean layout and Samsung-inspired colors.
  • As a User, I should be able to access the services section detailing mobile repair services.
  • As a User, I should be able to read about the service center in the "About Us" section.
  • As a User, I should be assured of genuine parts through a dedicated section.

Signature Design Concept

The homepage will feature an interactive "Service Journey Map" that visually guides users through the service process. Using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei, the map will be a 3D interactive model of a smartphone. Users can click on different parts of the phone to learn about specific services offered, such as screen repair or battery replacement. Hovering over sections will highlight them with a soft glow, and clicking will trigger a smooth transition to detailed service information. This engaging experience will make the website memorable and informative.

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model to create a layered depth effect. As users scroll, different elements of the "Service Journey Map" will move at varying speeds, providing a dynamic and immersive experience.
