The azure-crm project is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed specifically for small enterprise-level users. This document outlines the system's requirements, ensuring it meets the needs of its target audience by providing a user-friendly yet feature-rich platform to manage customer relationships, track leads, and optimize sales pipelines.

This SRD has been tailored to reflect the updated target audience specification, focusing on small enterprises, as requested by Diya Trivedi.

2. System Overview

The azure-crm system aims to empower small enterprises in India by offering an intuitive and efficient platform for managing customer interactions, tracking sales leads, and improving overall business productivity. The system will provide tools for customer data management, lead tracking, sales pipeline visualization, and analytics, all while maintaining simplicity and ease of use.

Key features include:

  • Centralized customer database
