The arctic-site project is designed to be an online platform where users can personalize pre-designed print templates. The platform will cater to both personal and professional needs, offering a range of products such as wedding invitations, business cards, and event signage. Users will have the ability to modify text, colors, and upload logos or images to tailor the designs to their specific requirements. The platform emphasizes high-quality materials and finishes, including foil stamping and textured paper options.

Functional Requirements

Signature Design Concept

The homepage of arctic-site will feature an interactive "Print Gallery" concept. As users navigate through the gallery, they can click on different frames to explore templates. Each frame will animate open with a smooth transition, revealing customization options. The gallery will use @react-three/fiber for 3D navigation and framer-motion for animations, creating an immersive and engaging experience. Users can drag to look around the gallery and click to zoom into frames, making the exploration both interactive and intuitive.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will employ a "parallax" interaction model, creating a sense of depth as users scroll through the gallery. Decorative elements like floating paper textures and subtle animations will enhance the storytelling aspect. Each section of the gallery will have a unique interactive mechanic, such as a kinetic typography display for wedding invitations or a scroll-triggered reveal for business cards. Internal pages will adopt a "static" model to ensure clarity and ease of use for order processing and account management.
