Frequently Asked Questions
Timelines vary depending on the complexity and size of the artwork. Typically, a portrait or detailed piece takes 7–14 days from the time all references and requirements are confirmed. I will always share an estimated delivery date before we begin, and I keep you updated throughout the process.
I accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files for reference images. Please ensure the photos are clear and well-lit — the better the reference, the more accurate the final artwork will be. You can upload files directly through the contact form (max 10MB per file). If you have multiple references, feel free to share them all.
I create both digital and physical artworks. Physical pieces are hand-crafted using pencil, charcoal, watercolour, or mixed media on high-quality paper or canvas. Digital artworks are delivered as high-resolution print-ready files. Please mention your preference when placing your commission request.
Every commission includes up to two rounds of revisions before the final delivery, so you can request minor adjustments to ensure the piece feels just right. Major changes to the composition or subject matter after work has begun may incur an additional charge. I always share a progress sketch for your approval before proceeding to the final rendering.
Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or Razorpay for card and wallet payments — all in INR. A 50% advance is required to confirm your commission slot, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before final file delivery or shipping. Receipts are shared for all transactions.
Yes! Physical artworks are carefully packaged and shipped across India via trusted courier services. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and will be communicated upfront. For international shipping inquiries, please reach out directly and I will do my best to accommodate.
