- As an Admin, I should be able to manage user roles and permissions for different hospital settings.

The map will be complemented by ambient background music and subtle animations that respond to user interactions, creating an engaging and immersive experience.
Interaction Model & Motion Direction
The landing page will use a "parallax" interaction model, providing a layered depth effect as users scroll. Decorative elements like floating medical icons and animated patient pathways will move at different speeds, creating a dynamic storytelling experience. Internal pages will adopt a "static" model for clarity and ease of use, focusing on efficient data entry and retrieval.
