SME Excellence

Project name: ai-video. The user requested creation of an AI video, supplied with the Preet Vihar document (Preet_Vihar__7___1_.pdf).

2. System Overview

ai-video is a learning platform built around recorded expert instruction. Its core offering is a library of recorded sessions delivered by multiple expert trainers, covering Digital Marketing topics that learners watch flexibly at their own pace. Access is gated by progression: the full library is unlocked immediately after the learner completes the SEO Module, and that activation grants an exclusive 3-month LMS access period.

2.1 Actors

  • Learner — the human user who watches recorded sessions across Digital Marketing topics and progresses through the SEO Module to unlock full access.
  • Expert trainer — the human role supplying the recorded sessions that populate the library.

Supporting systems (the LMS and video delivery) are treated as infrastructure, not as personas.

2.2 Learner journey

  1. The learner enters the platform and watches recorded sessions on Digital Marketing topics at their own pace.
  2. The learner completes the SEO Module.
  3. On completion, access to the full expert library is unlocked immediately.
  4. The learner receives exclusive 3-month LMS access for the unlocked content.

2.3 Component coverage

Supported by the evidence: a recorded-session library spanning multiple expert trainers, topic-based video playback for Digital Marketing content, an SEO Module with completion tracking, and an access-activation gate tied to that completion plus a 3-month LMS access period.

2.4 Boundaries and defaults

Module-level constraints are stated as "as per modules" in the source; specific per-module limits are not fixed here. The project name ai-video is a user-chosen label and does not by itself specify AI generation features — no such capability is evidenced, so none is described. Any page inventory beyond the components above is not established by this evidence.

5. Core User Flows

5.1 Watch Expert Session Videos

Actor: Student. Trigger: Student wants to learn a Digital Marketing topic.

  1. Student opens the library of recorded sessions from multiple expert trainers.
  2. Student selects a Digital Marketing topic and a session.
  3. Student watches the video at their own convenience.

Result: Student has viewed the chosen session. Sessions remain available for repeat viewing within the access period.

5.2 Unlock the Exclusive 3-Month LMS Access

Actor: Student. Trigger: Student begins the SEO Module.

  1. Student works through the SEO Module.
  2. On completion of the SEO Module, access is unlocked immediately.
  3. Student gains the exclusive 3-month LMS access and can use it for that period.

Result: Student holds active LMS access for three months from unlock.

Condition: Access is granted only after SEO Module completion; no separate approval step is described.

5.3 Follow the Job Mitra Channel

Actor: Student. Trigger: Student is directed to the Job Mitra channel.

  1. Student follows the Job Mitra channel.

Result: Student is following the channel.

Constraint: Students must follow the stated hierarchy of steps; the required order across these flows is governed by that hierarchy rather than by independent sequencing.

6. Visuals Colors and Theme

[Design proposal; unspecified choices are defaults.]

Muse: Paula Scher — typography as architecture. The DIDM 2026–2027 induction welcome becomes a printed poster system: words fill the frame, colour blocks collide, and the AI video tool reads as a studio pinned to the page rather than SaaS chrome.

Palette (light mode, exact tokens by role)

RoleHexUse
Background (paper)#F4EFE6Page ground, ~55% of surface
Surface (panel)#FFFDF7Off-white panels, reading blocks
Text (ink)#111111All display type, body copy, 3px rules
Primary (Scher red)#E3272BDominant colour block, primary action, progress band
Accent (signal yellow)#F2C300Second block, awards/recognition band, highlights
Muted (deep teal)#3E6E6AThird coded category colour, secondary text and rule tint

Ratio ≈ 55% paper / 25% red / 10% yellow / 5% teal / 5% ink. Body copy is always ink on paper or off-white; never yellow-on-red for reading text.

Typography

  • Headings: Anton, uppercase, tracking −0.01em to 0em, leading 0.86–0.92 so stacked lines lock into a solid typographic mass; occasional single word rotated 90° or set at 2× its neighbour for collage rhythm.
  • Body/UI: Archivo 400/600; micro-labels Archivo uppercase 600 at 12px / 0.16em tracking.
  • Scale: 1.4 modular with poster jumps — display clamp(56px, 12vw, 176px); section titles clamp(36px, 6vw, 88px); subheads 28/22; body 17/16 at 1.55 leading; labels 12 uppercase. Mobile display floor 56px, desktop ceiling 176px.

Shape language: hard edges only — 0px radii on blocks, buttons, inputs. Thick 3px black rules, 12° diagonal colour bands, full-bleed rectangular fields, stacked type overrunning block edges as decoration only. Buttons are rectangular slabs with a solid black 4px/4px offset shadow, no blur.

Layout: 12-column poster grid with a visible 1px black hairline grid on the landing hero; asymmetric 7/5 and 8/4 splits, never centred stacks. The landing runs as full-bleed colour-block scenes — red block with the welcome headline, paper block with the induction copy at a 62ch measure, yellow band for the Best Digital Marketing Training Company / IFA AWARDS recognition line, teal block introducing the Video Studio. The Video Studio is two-pane: a 4-column source panel (deck upload, request fields) and an 8-column stage holding the generated video in a black 16:9 matte frame with a red progress band.

Imagery: typography is the image — cropped Anton words bled off-frame as texture, one full-bleed black+red duotone photographic band of students in a classroom, flat pictogram tiles for course topics. The generated video preview is framed like a poster pinned to the page: black matte border, 1.5° rotation, hard drop shadow. No gradients, no 3D blobs, no glass.

Avoid: gradient blobs, glassmorphism, soft blurred shadows, rounded hover-lift card grids, centred headline+subhead+blue-button heroes, blue/indigo primaries, Inter/Roboto/Poppins/system-ui display type, bouncy easing, photography as the dominant hero element, reduced-contrast reading copy on yellow or red.

Accessibility: headlines, wordmarks, labels, numbers and controls stay whole inside the viewport and their container at 375px, 768px and 1280px, wrapping or scaling via clamp(...); decoration may crop, bleed, rotate or overlap but never covers readable text or controls.

7. Signature Design Concept

[Design proposal; unspecified choices are defaults.]

Signature concept: the welcome note as a Scher poster that becomes a film.

First screen is a full-bleed Scher-red (#E3272B) field under a hairline black 12-column grid. The dominant element is WELCOME in Anton at clamp(56px, 12vw, 176px), uppercase, set on two flush-left lines — WELCOME / 2026–2027 — filling roughly 70% of the viewport width and bleeding off the right edge as texture. Above it, INDUCTION SESSION in Archivo uppercase 12px / 0.16em tracking. A black 12° diagonal band cuts the lower third, carrying one line of off-white body copy and a rectangular off-white button Open the Video Studio with a solid black offset shadow. Top-left: DIDM wordmark in black; top-right: www.didm.in as a small underlined label. No centred stack, no subhead-and-button cliché, no gradient — the type is the hero.

Signature moves

  1. Oversized Anton WELCOME 2026–2027 stacked flush-left across the red field, bleeding off-frame.
  2. Visible 1px black hairline grid over the hero so the page reads as a printed poster system, with sections snapping to asymmetric 7/5 splits.
  3. The 12° black diagonal band carrying the primary CTA as a hard-shadowed slab.
  4. Section transitions as horizontal colour-block wipes (red → paper → yellow → teal), each opening with an uppercase Archivo micro-label and a 3px rule.
  5. Video Studio stage: the generated video pinned in a black 16:9 matte frame rotated 1.5°, with a red band sweeping across it as the generation progress indicator.

The concept only recomposes accepted content — the welcome note, the recognition line, the studio upload and generation states — into one poster-scale entry; it adds no new page or behaviour.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

[Design proposal; unspecified choices are defaults.]

Interaction Model: Animated Motion Tempo: expressive Hero Dimensionality: flat

Landing Hero Motion Brief

  • Focal subject: the stacked Anton WELCOME 2026–2027 mass on the Scher-red field, with the 12° black band and its CTA slab.
  • Thesis: the visitor lands on a still poster → display words snap up from behind black masks in 120ms stagger / 400ms ease-out, the induction line runs as a marquee ticker along the red band, and the diagonal band settles into place → the welcome note reads as a film title card, and the CTA invites the visitor into the Video Studio.
  • Motion vocabulary: mask-reveal word snaps, marquee ticker, horizontal colour-block wipes on scroll, red progress-band sweep across the video frame while generating. No bounces, no blur, no floating cards — motion snaps or wipes, never wobbles.
  • Composed first frame: red field, hairline grid, INDUCTION SESSION label, WELCOME / 2026–2027 locked flush-left, black diagonal band with off-white copy and the hard-shadowed Open the Video Studio button, DIDM wordmark and www.didm.in in the corners.
  • Reduced-motion state (prefers-reduced-motion): all words present statically, ticker becomes a horizontally scrollable row where every item can be brought fully into view, wipes become instant cuts, and the progress band shows as a static red bar.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

No additional details specified.

10. Tech Stack

The supplied evidence establishes no technology choices for the ai-video project. The Preet Vihar induction document (Preet_Vihar__7___1_.pdf) is a welcome and company-overview document covering the 2026–2027 induction session, fair business practices, and ASSOCHAM (2024) SME Excellence recognition; it names no platforms, languages, frameworks, services, or infrastructure for the video work.

Defaults (explicitly provisional): Because the required layers are unspecified, the following are proposed defaults only and carry no user or source authority:

  • Delivery: Responsive web access; no native mobile application is implied.
  • Video generation: An external AI video generation service, selected at implementation time.
  • Application layer: A web front end for submitting video requests and reviewing output, with a server-side component handling service calls and job status.
  • Storage: Object storage for generated video assets and their metadata.

These defaults should be confirmed or replaced once the user states actual technology preferences. No layer above is to be treated as a committed choice.

10.1 Open Items

  • Confirm the AI video generation service and any model constraints (duration, resolution, aspect ratio).
  • Confirm hosting, storage, and authentication choices.
  • Confirm whether the Preet Vihar induction material is the intended subject of the video or merely the context in which the request was made.
