System Requirements Document for adio-digital-technologies

1. Introduction

Adio Digital Technologies requires a complete, modern, professional technology-company website that presents the company as a credible digital studio offering web, mobile, software, cloud, and AI work. The site is a public, anonymous-access marketing and inquiry surface: it must communicate capability, build trust, and give prospective clients two direct ways to start a conversation — a project inquiry form and a real WhatsApp chat.

The audience is prospective clients (founders, operations leads, marketing managers) evaluating whether to trust Adio Digital Technologies with serious engineering work, plus the company's own owner/editor who maintains the site's content over time. The site must never fabricate credibility: no fake statistics, testimonials, awards, clients, partnerships, or company achievements. Portfolio content is explicitly placeholder-only and clearly editable.

The product intent is a premium, navy-first technology aesthetic with layered translucency, restrained blue/cyan light, and a clean, easily editable structure that works properly on Android phones, iPhones, tablets, laptops, and desktop screens.

2. System Overview

The current delivery is a single responsive first-party website with five navigable destinations — Home, About, Services, Projects, and Contact — plus a persistent floating WhatsApp contact control and a footer WhatsApp control. All five destinations are publicly reachable with no account, sign-in, or identity requirement. There is no application-owned identity, no user account, and no authenticated area in the current scope.

Actors:

  • Prospective Client / Visitor — the anonymous visitor who evaluates the company and initiates an inquiry.
  • Site Owner / Content Editor — the company owner or editor who maintains site content, especially the editable project cards and service information.
  • WhatsApp (external provider) — the external messaging destination that receives the visitor's inquiry after redirect. It is a non-persona external actor, not a first-party page.

Accepted behavior in scope: responsive navigation; hero with headline, supporting text, and two buttons; About; Services cards; Why Choose Us; placeholder Projects portfolio; Technology coverage; Contact inquiry form; WhatsApp redirect from both floating and footer controls; footer with tagline, links, and copyright.

Narrow exclusions: no fake WhatsApp page inside the website; no invented clients, awards, partnerships, or company achievements; no fake statistics, testimonials, awards, clients, or fictional achievements; no device mockups or stock photography implying real client work; no white-first page ground; no generic indigo/blue-on-white SaaS template look.

2a. Product Interpretation and Delivery Boundary

The website is a first-party, publicly accessible marketing site. Every destination is anonymous-access: a visitor can read Home, About, Services, Projects, and Contact without creating an account, signing in, or providing identity. No application-owned identity, login, or account management is required or in scope, because no accepted journey requires a visitor to privately own, resume, or return to durable actor-specific state, and no commitment, entitlement, or value transfer must remain bound to a named participant inside the site.

Inquiry delivery is intentionally split between two owners:

  • The Contact page owns the on-site project inquiry form and its submission handling path. The form is a first-party surface; the submission is delivered through an appropriate inquiry handling path so the visitor sees an observable success or failure result.
  • WhatsApp owns the direct chat. The floating button and the footer button are plain links to the real WhatsApp chat with the specified Nigerian number and the exact pre-filled, editable message. The site must not host a WhatsApp form, chat mockup, or fake WhatsApp page — the control leaves the site and opens the real WhatsApp chat.

Current versus future: everything described in this document is current. No future-horizon requirements were stated by the user; nothing in this document is deferred.

2b. Source Content Inventory

Not applicable — no reference directive with content_source authority was supplied. All content in this document derives from the authoritative user requirement thread and the accepted Planning Scope.

2c. Page Content and Component Coverage

Home

  • Information / state: Public entry surface. Presents the company name, the hero headline "Building Digital Solutions for the Future", supporting text explaining that Adio Digital Technologies builds modern digital solutions, websites, applications, and technology services, and a modern technology visual with subtle blue/cyan gradients. Also carries the About, Services, Why Choose Us, Projects, Technology, and Contact content blocks as sections of the entry experience, plus the footer.
  • Primary actions: "Get Started" (routes the visitor to the inquiry path on Contact), "Explore Our Services" (moves the visitor to the Services content), navigation links to Home, About, Services, Projects, Contact, and the "Get Started" navigation button.
  • Supporting actions: Floating WhatsApp button (bottom-right, visible on mobile and desktop); footer WhatsApp button; footer links Home, About, Services, Projects, Contact, WhatsApp.
  • Domain entities: Company profile content; service cards (Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Software Development, Digital Solutions, Technical Consulting); Why Choose Us items (Innovation, Quality, User-Focused Solutions, Scalable Technology); placeholder project cards; technology coverage items (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Databases, APIs, UI/UX, AI); contact facts; WhatsApp contact number.
  • Component responsibilities: Responsive navigation bar (wordmark "Adio Digital Technologies", nav items, Get Started button); hero block (headline, supporting text, two buttons, technology visual); About block; Services grid; Why Choose Us block; Projects portfolio block; Technology block; Contact block; footer; floating WhatsApp control.
  • States: Loading — hero visual and any deferred imagery render progressively without blocking text. Empty — Projects shows placeholder project cards only; if no placeholder cards are configured, the section shows an honest empty state rather than invented work. Success — all sections render fully and every navigation control resolves to its target. Error — if the hero visual fails to load, the headline, supporting text, and both buttons remain fully readable and functional. Recovery — a failed decorative asset degrades to the gradient field without removing content or controls.

  • States: Loading — text content renders immediately; no blocking spinner. Empty — if introduction copy is not yet authored, the section shows an honest placeholder state without inventing company achievements. Services

  • Information / state: Public. Presents professional service cards for Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Software Development, Digital Solutions, and Technical Consulting, and covers technology areas Web, Mobile, Cloud, Databases, APIs, UI/UX, and AI.

  • Supporting actions: Floating WhatsApp button; footer WhatsApp button and footer links.
  • Domain entities: Service cards (six named services); technology coverage items (seven named areas).
  • Component responsibilities: Section micro-label and heading; service card grid (3-up desktop, 2-up at 768px, 1-up at 375px); technology coverage block; navigation and footer.
  • States: Loading — cards render as content becomes available without layout shift. Empty — if a service card has no description yet, the card still shows its service name. Success — all six service cards and all seven technology areas are visible. Error — a failed icon or thumbnail leaves the card title and text intact. Recovery — cards reflow correctly at every breakpoint.

Projects

  • Information / state: Public. A modern portfolio section with editable project cards. Content is placeholder projects only — no real clients, awards, partnerships, or company achievements are implied or displayed.
  • Primary actions: Browse placeholder project cards; proceed to Contact to start an inquiry.
  • Supporting actions: Floating WhatsApp button; footer WhatsApp button and footer links.
  • Domain entities: Placeholder project cards (title, description, abstract gradient thumbnail); editable project card content.
  • Component responsibilities: Section micro-label and heading; editable project card grid; abstract gradient thumbnails with soft inner glow; navigation and footer.
  • States: Loading — cards render progressively. Empty — an honest empty state when no placeholder projects are configured; never fabricated work. Success — placeholder cards display with clearly abstract, non-photographic thumbnails. Error — a failed thumbnail leaves the card title and description readable. Recovery — the Site Owner / Content Editor can update or replace card content without rebuilding the site.

Contact

  • Information / state: Public. A professional contact section with the fields Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company/Organization, Project Type, Message, and a Send Message button. Also presents contact facts and the WhatsApp block.

  • Supporting actions: Floating WhatsApp button; footer WhatsApp button and footer links.
  • Domain entities: Inquiry submission (Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company/Organization, Project Type, Message); WhatsApp contact number 08152448553 / +234 815 244 8553.
  • Component responsibilities: Two-column split — left glass panel of contact facts and the WhatsApp block, right the form as a floating glass card; form fields with labels; Send Message button; validation and result messaging; navigation and footer.
  • States: Loading — the form renders immediately and is usable; the Send Message button shows a submitting state while the inquiry is being delivered. Empty — fields start empty with visible labels and no pre-filled personal data. Success — a clear confirmation that the message was sent, with the form reset or preserved per the visitor's expectation and a continuation path (WhatsApp or return to browsing). Error — field-level validation messages for missing or malformed Full Name, Email Address, or Message; a clear submission-failure message with the visitor's entered content preserved so nothing is lost. Recovery — the visitor can correct fields and resubmit, or switch to the WhatsApp path without re-entering everything.

(explicit)

  • Trigger/input: any page render.
  • Observable result: no fabricated credibility content appears anywhere on the site; project cards remain clearly placeholder.
  • Access state: anonymous.
  • Failure/recovery: if placeholder content is unavailable, an honest empty state is shown instead of invented content.
  • Continuation: the visitor evaluates the company on truthful content only.

4. User Personas

Prospective Client / Visitor

Product context. This persona arrives at the Adio Digital Technologies website while comparing technology partners. They may be a founder, operations lead, or marketing manager who needs web, mobile, software, cloud, or AI work delivered by a team they can trust. They are anonymous — they have no account, and the site must not require one.

Primary goal. Understand what Adio Digital Technologies offers, judge whether the team looks capable and credible, and start a conversation quickly through the channel they prefer.

Distinct accepted responsibilities.

  • Evaluate the company by reading the hero, About, Services, Why Choose Us, Projects, and Technology content.
  • Review the six named service cards (Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Software Development, Digital Solutions, Technical Consulting) and the seven technology areas (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Databases, APIs, UI/UX, AI).
  • Review placeholder project cards, understanding them as placeholders rather than real client work.
  • Choose an inquiry channel: the Contact form or the WhatsApp chat.
  • Complete the Contact form with Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company/Organization, Project Type, and Message.
  • Or click the floating or footer WhatsApp control, then edit the pre-filled message before sending it in WhatsApp.

Relevant inputs or decisions. Which service matches their need; whether the technology coverage matches their project; whether to use the form or WhatsApp; what to write in the message.

Interactions with other accepted participants. The visitor's inquiry reaches Adio Digital Technologies through the inquiry submission handling path or through WhatsApp. The visitor is the initiator; the company is the recipient. The visitor also interacts with the Site Owner / Content Editor indirectly, through the content the editor maintains.

Observable success. The visitor understands the offering, sees truthful content with no fabricated credibility claims, and successfully initiates either a form submission with a clear confirmation or a WhatsApp chat with the pre-filled editable message.

Site Owner / Content Editor

Product context. This persona is the company owner or an editor responsible for keeping the Adio Digital Technologies website current. They work at the source/content level rather than through an in-site admin account, because no in-site editor account is in scope.

Primary goal. Keep the site's content — especially the editable project cards and service information — accurate and current without rebuilding the site or breaking its professional presentation.

Distinct accepted responsibilities.

  • Update placeholder project cards in the Projects section.
  • Update section copy across Home, About, Services, and Contact.
  • Preserve the clean, easy-to-edit structure so future changes stay localized.
  • Maintain the constraint that project content remains placeholder-only and that no fake statistics, testimonials, awards, clients, or fictional achievements are introduced.

Relevant inputs or decisions. Which project cards to add, replace, or remove; which copy needs updating; whether new content stays within the placeholder-only and no-fabrication constraints.

Interactions with other accepted participants. The editor's work is what the Prospective Client / Visitor reads. The editor does not interact with visitors directly through the site.

Observable success. Updated content appears correctly in the relevant sections, the layout remains intact at every breakpoint, and no fabricated credibility content is introduced.

Observable result: the browser leaves the site and opens the real WhatsApp chat with +234 815 244 8553, with the message pre-filled exactly as: "Hello Adio Digital Technologies, I would like to make an inquiry about your services. Please could you provide me with more information about your services and how we can work together? Thank you."
  5. The visitor edits the pre-filled message in WhatsApp before sending, as required.
  6. The visitor sends the message in WhatsApp.
  7. Failure/recovery: if the redirect cannot complete, the visitor remains on the site and can use the Contact form instead. No fake WhatsApp page or in-site chat mockup is ever shown.
  8. Continuation: the visitor completes the inquiry in WhatsApp or returns to the site.

Flow 3 — Prospective Client / Visitor uses the hero buttons

  1. The visitor lands on Home.
  2. The visitor chooses between the hero buttons "Get Started" and "Explore Our Services".
  3. If the visitor selects Get Started, they are routed to the inquiry path on Contact and continue with Flow 1 from step 7.
  4. If the visitor selects Explore Our Services, they are moved to the Services content and continue with Flow 1 from step 4.
  5. Observable result: the selected destination is reached and its content is visible.
  6. Failure/recovery: if a decorative hero asset fails to load, the headline, supporting text, and both buttons remain fully readable and functional.
  7. Continuation: the visitor continues evaluating or starts an inquiry.

Flow 4 — Prospective Client / Visitor navigates via the footer

  1. The visitor scrolls to the footer on any page.
  2. The visitor sees Adio Digital Technologies, the tagline "Building modern digital solutions for a connected future.", the links Home, About, Services, Projects, Contact, WhatsApp, and "© 2026 Adio Digital Technologies. All rights reserved."
  3. The visitor selects any footer link.
  4. Observable result: the selected destination opens; if the visitor selects WhatsApp, the same direct WhatsApp redirect occurs as in Flow 2, with the same pre-filled editable message.
  5. Failure/recovery: a failed decorative asset does not remove footer text or links.
  6. Continuation: the visitor continues browsing or completes the WhatsApp inquiry.

Flow 5 — Site Owner / Content Editor updates site content

  1. The Site Owner / Content Editor opens the site's source/content structure.
  2. The editor updates placeholder project cards in the Projects section and/or section copy in Home, About, Services, or Contact.
  3. Observable result: the updated content appears in the relevant sections, and the layout remains intact at 375px, 768px, and 1280px.
  4. Failure/recovery: if content is invalid or missing, the section falls back to an honest empty or placeholder state rather than showing fabricated content.
  5. Continuation: the editor continues maintaining other sections, preserving the clean, easy-to-edit structure and the placeholder-only, no-fabrication constraints.

6. Visuals Colors and Theme

The creative direction is authoritative for this section. Muse: Michal Malewicz. Headline direction: layered translucency for a digital studio — frosted depth over a navy void, cyan light bleeding through glass.

Mode. Dark mode is the site ground. Dark Navy #0B1220 is the page ground across the whole site — never white-first. The one deliberate tonal break is the Technology section's light band.

Colour tokens by role.

RoleTokenValue
Page ground (dark mode)--bg#0B1220
Frosted glass surface--surface#111A2E
Glass top edge--edgergba(255,255,255,0.10)
Primary text on dark--text#F8FAFC
Primary / structural colour--primary#155EEF
Accent / light source--accent#22D3EE
Muted text on dark--muted#8CA0C4
Light band ground--light-bg#F8FAFC
Text inside light band--dark-text#111827
Pure white (text on dark, light-filled buttons)--white#FFFFFF
WhatsApp brand green--whatsapp#25D366

Ratio. Roughly 70% navy/glass, 20% blue, 10% cyan. Cyan never fills a large area and never sits behind body text at less than 4.5:1 contrast. Electric Blue #155EEF is the structural colour: filled primary buttons, the active nav pill, section rules, focus rings. Cyan #22D3EE is the light source: a 1px luminous edge on the hero glass slab, a thin gradient hairline under section labels, the icon stroke in service cards, the WhatsApp glow. White #FFFFFF and Light Background #F8FAFC appear only as text on dark and as the interior of the one light "spec sheet" band in the Technology section. Dark Text #111827 is used only inside that light band and on light-filled buttons.

Typography. Headings: Space Grotesk 500–700, tight tracking (-0.02em to -0.04em), sentence case for section headings, with all-caps 11px/0.18em letterspaced micro-labels above every section (WEB / MOBILE / CLOUD). Body: Manrope. Numbers and contact field labels use Manrope with tabular figures. Scale: 1.25 modular on a 16px base — 14 / 16 / 20 / 25 / 31 / 39 / 49 / 61. Hero headline clamp(34px, 6.2vw, 68px); section headings clamp(26px, 3.4vw, 40px); card titles 20–25px; body 16–18px with 1.65 line-height; micro-labels 11px. Mobile hero headline floor is 34px so it wraps inside a 375px viewport without clipping. Inter, Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, Poppins, and system-ui are excluded for headings and body.

Shape language. Frosted glass slabs with 20–28px radii, 1px translucent white borders, and a soft cyan-lit top edge. Floating layers with real z-depth: a blurred gradient orb behind the hero glass, a slightly offset second slab behind the first. Pills for all buttons (999px) and for nav items. Icon tiles are 48px rounded squares (14px radius) with a cyan-to-blue inner stroke. No hard 90° corners on any container; no blob shapes; no decorative sticker elements.

Spacing rhythm. Single-column, generously spaced sections on a 1200px max content width with 24px gutters at mobile and 64px at desktop. Sticky top navigation as a floating glass bar inset 16px from the top with a pill-shaped active indicator that slides between items. Each section opens with a letterspaced micro-label, then a heading, then content — never a centred hero-plus-three-columns rhythm. Services is a 3-up glass grid on desktop, 2-up at 768px, 1-up at 375px. The Technology section breaks the dark rhythm with one full-width light #F8FAFC band holding a ruled 7-row spec table. The contact section is a two-column split: left a glass panel of contact facts and the WhatsApp block, right the form as a floating glass card.

Imagery style. No stock people, no photo hero. The visual language is glass 3D primitives and abstract gradient fields: a blurred blue-to-cyan orb, a floating glass slab, thin luminous rings, a soft grid of light dots. Service and technology icons are single-weight 1.5px line icons in cyan. Project cards use abstract gradient thumbnails (blue→cyan, navy→blue, cyan→navy) with a soft inner glow — clearly placeholder, never photographic, so no fake client work is implied.

7. Signature Design Concept

The public entry is a full-bleed Dark Navy #0B1220 ground with an intentionally off-centre composition. The left 7 columns hold a text stack: the micro-label "DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY STUDIO", then "Building Digital Solutions for the Future" at clamp(34px, 6.2vw, 68px) in Space Grotesk 600, then two lines of supporting copy in Manrope at 18px in #8CA0C4, then the two buttons — "Get Started" as a solid Electric Blue pill and "Explore Our Services" as a glass outline pill with a cyan edge.

The right 5 columns hold one large floating glass slab, rotated -4deg, sitting over a blurred cyan/blue gradient orb that bleeds off the right edge of the viewport. The slab is a stylised interface fragment — a stack of translucent rows and a thin cyan progress hairline — not a device mockup. A single 1px cyan gradient hairline runs the full viewport width beneath the hero, separating it from the About section.

There is no centred headline, no gradient blob behind text, and no blue button on white. The concept recomposes only accepted content and controls: the headline, supporting text, the two hero buttons, the navigation bar, and the floating WhatsApp control. It introduces no new behaviour, page, or destination.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

Interaction Model: Animated Motion Tempo: restrained Hero Dimensionality: layered_2d

Landing Hero Motion Brief

  • Focal subject: the oversized rotated glass slab floating over a blurred cyan/blue gradient orb that bleeds off the right viewport edge, with the hero text stack on the left.
  • Input → transformation → outcome thesis: as the visitor lands, the blurred gradient orb drifts on a 24s ease-in-out loop and the glass slab holds its -4deg rotation with a soft cyan-lit top edge; the hero text stack and both buttons ("Get Started", "Explore Our Services") render at their final readable state immediately. The outcome is a composed first frame that reads as a premium digital studio — depth and light, not motion for its own sake.
  • Motion vocabulary: gentle and continuous, never bouncy. The hero's blurred gradient orb drifts on a 24s ease-in-out loop. Glass cards fade-and-rise 16px on scroll with a 60ms stagger, once, via IntersectionObserver. Buttons lift 2px with a 180ms cubic-bezier(0.2,0.7,0.2,1) and gain a stronger cyan edge glow on hover. The nav active pill slides between items over 240ms. Blur transitions on panel hover (backdrop-blur 12px → 18px).
  • Composed first frame: Dark Navy #0B1220 ground; left text stack with micro-label, headline, supporting copy, and the two pills; right rotated glass slab over the drifting orb; the 1px cyan gradient hairline beneath the hero.
  • Reduced-motion state: under prefers-reduced-motion, all loops stop, all reveals render at final state, and the orb becomes a static gradient. The hero remains fully composed and readable.

9. Non-Functional Requirements

NFR-1 — Responsive behaviour across device classes. The website must work properly on Android phones, iPhones, tablets, laptops, and desktop screens. (explicit) Rationale: the user named these device classes as a hard requirement. Readable text and controls stay whole at 375px, 768px, and 1280px, wrapping or scaling to fit.

NFR-2 — Palette fidelity. The specified palette — Electric Blue #155EEF, Dark Navy #0B1220, Cyan #22D3EE, White #FFFFFF, Light Background #F8FAFC, Dark Text #111827 — must be used as specified. (explicit) Rationale: the user fixed the palette.

NFR-3 — Restrained gradient use. Blue/cyan gradients must be used sparingly. (explicit) Rationale: the user constrained gradient usage.

NFR-4 — Design quality. Clean modern typography, strong visual hierarchy, rounded cards, subtle shadows, smooth animations, professional spacing, premium technology visuals, and responsive layouts are required. (explicit) Rationale: the user required the site to look like a real modern technology company, not a generic template.

NFR-5 — No fabricated credibility content. No fake statistics, fake testimonials, fake awards, fake clients, fictional company achievements, or invented real clients, awards, or partnerships may appear anywhere. (explicit) Rationale: the user prohibited fabricated credibility content.

NFR-6 — Placeholder-only portfolio. The Projects section must use placeholder projects only. (explicit) Rationale: the user constrained portfolio content.

NFR-7 — No fake WhatsApp page. The site must not host a fake WhatsApp page, form, or chat mockup; the WhatsApp control must actually redirect to WhatsApp using the correct WhatsApp chat link. (explicit) Rationale: the user prohibited an in-site WhatsApp simulation.

NFR-8 — Exact WhatsApp link format. The WhatsApp link must use the international Nigerian format +234 815 244 8553. (explicit) Rationale: the user fixed the number and format.

NFR-9 — Exact pre-filled message. The WhatsApp pre-filled message must be exactly: "Hello Adio Digital Technologies, I would like to make an inquiry about your services. Please could you provide me with more information about your services and how we can work together? Thank you." (explicit) Rationale: the user fixed the message text.

NFR-10 — Editable WhatsApp message. The visitor must be able to edit the WhatsApp message before sending. (explicit) Rationale: the user required editability; this is satisfied by the WhatsApp chat's own editable message field, not by an in-site editor.

NFR-11 — Official WhatsApp icon. The official WhatsApp logo/icon must be used and the button must be clearly recognizable. (explicit) Rationale: the user required the official icon.

NFR-12 — Clean, editable structure. The website structure must be clean and easy to edit later. (explicit) Rationale: the user required maintainability.

NFR-13 — Functional controls. All navigation buttons and sections must be functional. (explicit) Rationale: the user required functional navigation and sections.

NFR-14 — Accessibility of readable content. Readable text and controls stay entirely inside the viewport and their container at 375px, 768px, and 1280px; no other element covers any part of them. (required_inference) Rationale: required to make the accepted responsive and design-quality requirements usable across the named device classes.

NFR-15 — Reduced-motion support. Under prefers-reduced-motion, all motion loops stop, all reveals render at final state, and the hero orb becomes a static gradient. (required_inference) Rationale: required to keep the accepted smooth-animation requirement usable for visitors who prefer reduced motion.

10. Tech Stack

The user did not specify a technology stack. The following are coherent defaults for a static-first, publicly accessible marketing website with a contact form and outbound WhatsApp links.

  • Frontend: React with a modern build tooling setup, producing a responsive single-page site with the five destinations (Home, About, Services, Projects, Contact) and shared navigation and footer. [Default — not specified by user]
  • Styling: CSS with custom properties for the palette tokens, glass surfaces, radii, and type scale; Space Grotesk and Manrope loaded as web fonts. [Default — not specified by user]
  • Contact form handling: a lightweight backend endpoint (Python/FastAPI) that receives the inquiry fields (Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company/Organization, Project Type, Message) and delivers them through an appropriate inquiry submission handling path. [Default — not specified by user]
  • Storage: not required for the current scope beyond inquiry delivery; no visitor accounts or durable visitor state are stored. [Default — not specified by user]
  • WhatsApp integration: plain outbound links to https://wa.me/2348152448553?text=<encoded formal message> — no WhatsApp API integration, no in-site chat. [Default — not specified by user]
  • Deployment: containerized with Docker/docker-compose for a single deployable site plus the form endpoint. Kubernetes is not required for this scope. [Default — not specified by user]

11. Assumptions and Constraints

Assumptions.

  • A-1. The site is publicly accessible with no account, sign-in, or identity requirement for any destination. (required_inference — no accepted journey requires durable visitor-specific state.)
  • A-2. The Site Owner / Content Editor maintains content at the source/content level; no in-site admin or editor account is in scope. (required_inference — the user required an easily editable structure but did not request an in-site editor.)
  • A-3. The inquiry submission handling path delivers form submissions to Adio Digital Technologies; the specific delivery mechanism (email, form service, or endpoint) is an implementation choice. (required_inference)
  • A-4. The visitor's ability to edit the WhatsApp message before sending is provided by the WhatsApp chat itself, which is the correct owner of that editability. (explicit — the user required editability and prohibited an in-site WhatsApp page.)

Constraints.

  • C-1. Use placeholder projects only in the Projects section. (explicit)
  • C-2. Do not invent real clients, awards, partnerships, or company achievements. (explicit)
  • C-3. Do not include fake statistics, fake testimonials, fake awards, fake clients, or fictional company achievements. (explicit)
  • C-4. Do not create a fake WhatsApp page inside the website; the WhatsApp button must actually redirect to WhatsApp using the correct WhatsApp chat link. (explicit)
  • C-5. The WhatsApp link must use the international Nigerian format +234 815 244 8553. (explicit)
  • C-6. The WhatsApp pre-filled message must be exactly: "Hello Adio Digital Technologies, I would like to make an inquiry about your services. Please could you provide me with more information about your services and how we can work together? Thank you." (explicit)
  • C-7. The visitor must be able to edit the WhatsApp message before sending. (explicit)
  • C-8. Use the official WhatsApp logo/icon and make the button clearly recognizable. (explicit)
  • C-9. Use the specified color palette: #155EEF, #0B1220, #22D3EE, #FFFFFF, #F8FAFC, #111827. (explicit)
  • C-10. Blue/cyan gradients must be used sparingly. (explicit)
  • C-11. The website must work properly on Android phones, iPhones, tablets, laptops, and desktop screens. (explicit)
  • C-12. The website structure must be clean and easy to edit later. (explicit)
  • C-13. The generic indigo/blue-on-white SaaS template look is forbidden for this project. (creative direction)
  • C-14. No device mockups, stock photography of people, or imagery implying real clients or projects. (creative direction)
  • C-15. No large flat cyan fills behind body text, and cyan is never the primary button colour. (creative direction)
