Customer Features Browse/search products, categories, cart, checkout, delivery or pickup, payment options, order history and tracking. Admin Panel Dashboard, product/category management, inventory management, order management, customer management, reports. Inventory Automatic stock updates after orders, low-stock alerts, out-of-stock handling. Notifications Instant admin notifications for new orders; customer notifications for order status updates. Technology Frontend: React/Next.js; Backend: Node.js; Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL; Payments: Razorpay/Stripe; Notifications: FCM/WhatsApp/Email. Future Enhancements POS, barcode scanner, loyalty program, AI recommendations, delivery app, multi-store support.
