Introduction

The Trust Tech Alliance Intranet Portal is designed to serve as an HRMS and project management system for Trust Tech Alliance. This portal will streamline internal processes, enhance communication, and provide a centralized platform for managing various HR and project management functions.

System Overview

The Trust Tech Alliance Intranet Portal will support three primary user roles: Super-Admin, HR-Admin, and Employee. Each role will have specific access and capabilities within the system, ensuring that users can efficiently perform their tasks while maintaining data security and integrity. The portal will include modules for managing attendance, leaves, compensation, skills and growth, development, separation, and recruitment.

Functional Requirements

• As a Super-Admin, I should be able to access and perform CRUD operations on all modules, including compensation, leaves, attendance, and recruitment.
• As an HR-Admin, I should be able to write to the compensation module and read other modules.
• As an Employee, I should be able to view my profile, including attendance, absences, and compensation.
• As a User, I should be able to select my role on the landing page to access the appropriate dashboard.
• As a User, I should see an animated background and interactive buttons on the landing page.
• As a User, I should see the logo and short form "TTA" on the landing page.
• As a User, I should have access to contact information, announcements, and live chat on the landing page.
• As a User, I should see buttons change color when clicked.

Signature Design Concept

The landing page of the Trust Tech Alliance Intranet Portal will feature an interactive, animated background using the provided image. The animation will include a moving hand with options revolving around it, creating a dynamic and engaging visual experience. Buttons on the page will animate with a color change when hovered over or clicked, providing immediate feedback to users.

The homepage will also feature a motivational message: "Dedication drives innovation; let's build the future together." This message will be displayed prominently to inspire and motivate all users.

To achieve these animations, we will use gsap for timeline animations and framer-motion for interactive button animations.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, providing a layered depth effect as users scroll. This will be achieved by having decorative elements like the animated background and revolving options move at different speeds, creating a visually rich first impression. Internal pages will adopt a "static" interaction model to prioritize clarity and readability.

Non-Functional Requirements

• The portal must ensure data security and privacy for all users.
• The system should be responsive and accessible on various devices and screen sizes.
• The portal should support high availability and handle concurrent user access efficiently.
