System Overview

Project-Estate-Initial is built on a scalable multi-tenant architecture, ensuring a seamless experience across various devices with a mobile-first responsive design. The system supports dark/light modes and is PWA-ready. The backend is powered by Python FastAPI, while the frontend utilizes React with Next.js. MongoDB is used for database management, and the system is designed to support secure REST APIs for full frontend-backend integration.

Signature Design Concept

The homepage will feature an interactive 3D cityscape using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. Users can navigate through a virtual city where each building represents a different module of the CRM. Hovering over a building will display key features and clicking will zoom into detailed views. The cityscape will transition between day and night modes, reflecting the user's system settings. This immersive experience will make the platform engaging and intuitive, offering a unique way to explore the system's capabilities.

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, creating a layered depth effect as users scroll. Decorative elements like clouds and city lights will move at different speeds, enhancing the storytelling aspect.
