The app aims to create a vibrant, community-driven experience inspired by the interaction patterns and layout of District by Zomato. It provides a platform for students to connect, collaborate, and engage with their campus life in a dynamic and interactive way.

Functional Requirements

Signature Design Concept

The Pleasure app will feature an interactive "Campus Map" homepage. This map will be a dynamic, scrollable interface where each building represents a different feature of the app (e.g., the library for study groups, the auditorium for events). Users can click on buildings to explore features, and the map will animate transitions between sections using @react-three/fiber for 3D effects and gsap for smooth animations. The map will change based on the time of day, with lighting effects to simulate morning, afternoon, and evening.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will employ a "parallax" interaction model, providing a layered depth experience as users scroll through the app. Decorative elements will move at different speeds to create a sense of immersion, while content remains in the natural flow. This approach will enhance the storytelling and visual richness of the app, making it engaging and memorable for users.

Non-Functional Requirements

• The app must support high concurrency to accommodate the entire student body of Delhi University.
• It should ensure data privacy and security, especially for student profiles and communications.
• The app must be responsive and perform well on both iOS and Android devices.
