Introduction

The Morphic-crm project aims to develop a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored for a Multimedia Agency. This document outlines the system requirements to guide the development and implementation of the Morphic-crm.

User Personas

  • Admin: Responsible for managing user roles, permissions, and overall system settings.
  • Sales Representative: Focuses on managing customer relationships, tracking sales opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Marketing Specialist: Utilizes the CRM to manage campaigns, track customer engagement, and analyze marketing performance.

Core User Flows

  • Sales Representative logs in -> views dashboard -> updates customer contact -> logs communication -> tracks sales opportunity.
  • Marketing Specialist logs in -> creates a new campaign -> tracks customer engagement -> generates performance report.
  • Admin logs in -> manages user roles -> updates system settings -> reviews system usage reports.

Signature Design Concept

The Morphic-crm homepage will feature an interactive 3D multimedia dashboard using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei. Users will navigate through a virtual agency space where each department (Sales, Marketing, Support) is represented by a distinct 3D model. Hovering over a model will reveal key metrics and clicking will zoom into detailed views. The dashboard will animate transitions between sections, providing a dynamic and engaging user experience.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, creating a layered depth effect as users scroll. Decorative elements will move at varying speeds to enhance the storytelling aspect, while core content remains in the natural flow. Internal pages will adopt a "static" model to prioritize clarity and speed for data-heavy tasks.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The system should support high availability and scalability to accommodate growing user numbers.
  • Data security and privacy must comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • The system should provide a responsive design for optimal use on various devices.
