The KELTA Enterprise Association Management System is designed to provide a comprehensive platform for managing various aspects of an association, including membership, organization, meetings, resolutions, projects, events, certificates, finance, audit, helpdesk, knowledge center, document management, training, communication, analytics, executive dashboards, search, governance, and integrations. The system supports bilingual English/Malayalam, offers dark/light mode, and features a fully responsive dashboard-based layout with a modern, trustworthy government-meets-corporate design.

System Overview

KELTA is an enterprise-grade association management website that aims to streamline and enhance the operations of associations through a scalable SaaS-style architecture. The system is inspired by Next.js admin platforms and features a sleek card-based UI, data-rich tables, charts, KPI widgets, workflow status indicators, and QR-enabled features. It provides role-based portals for Super Admin, State, District, Committee, Finance, Member, and Public users, facilitating hierarchical navigation from state to district to institution levels.

Signature Design Concept

The KELTA homepage will feature an interactive "Governance Galaxy" concept. Users will navigate through a 3D galaxy where each star represents a module or feature of the system. Using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei, users can click on stars to open detailed information about each module. The galaxy will rotate as users drag their mouse, and hovering over stars will highlight connections between related modules. This immersive experience will make exploring the system's capabilities engaging and intuitive.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, creating a layered depth effect as users scroll. Decorative elements like stars and nebulae will move at different speeds, while core content remains in the normal flow. This approach will provide a visually rich first impression, ideal for storytelling and showcasing the system's features. Internal pages will adopt a "static" model for clarity and readability, focusing on data-heavy content and user interactions.
