1. Introduction

This document outlines the system requirements for the Frolic Logistics Unified Intra-City Parcel Delivery Platform. The platform is designed to facilitate same-day parcel delivery within the Sangli District, leveraging route-aware technology and Marathi Voice AI for enhanced user experience.

2. System Overview

Frolic Logistics aims to provide a seamless parcel delivery service by connecting customers, merchants, and drivers through a unified platform. The system includes mobile applications for customers and drivers, an admin web portal, and backend services to support operations.
