Signature Design Concept

The homepage of Dancer District will feature an interactive neon cityscape at night, where each building represents a different section of the website. Users can navigate by clicking on buildings to enter different areas such as dancer profiles, booking sections, and the application page. The cityscape will be animated using @react-three/fiber to create a 3D effect, with neon lights flickering and glowing as users hover over different elements. The transitions between sections will be smooth, with a parallax scrolling effect to enhance the depth and engagement of the user experience.

Interaction Model & Motion Direction

The landing page will utilize a "parallax" interaction model, with layered depth and scroll-triggered animations. Decorative elements like neon lights and cityscape buildings will move at different speeds to create a dynamic and immersive experience. Internal pages will maintain a "static" interaction model to ensure clarity and ease of use for booking and application processes.

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The website must be responsive and accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • The platform should ensure data privacy and secure handling of personal information submitted by applicants.
  • The system should support high traffic volumes during peak booking times without performance degradation.
