1. Introduction

BODH-I is an award-winning AI-powered mental wellness platform designed to provide a comprehensive digital mental wellness ecosystem. The platform targets young adults, particularly university and college students aged 18โ€“30 years, to help them manage academic pressure, career uncertainty, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and stress-related challenges.

BODH-I is a web application that combines psychological and cognitive assessments with AI-powered stress prediction and explainable insights. It offers guided interventions, longitudinal monitoring, AI companion support, calendar and reminders, and wellness reporting. The platform is designed to be scalable for future deployment across various institutions and organizations.
