Create a stunning, ultra-modern, single-page restaurant website for "Vinubhai Gathiya" (વિનુભાઈ ગઠિયા) — a legendary Gujarati farsan & breakfast shop in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The vibe must feel premium, classy, and contemporary (think high-end Indian street-food reimagined like a 5-star café), using warm saffron-orange (#F4A261), deep mustard (#E9B23B), fresh green (#2A9D8E), and clean off-white/cream palette with subtle gold accents. Tech stack: Next.js 15 + Tailwind CSS + Framer Motion for buttery-smooth scroll animations. Fully responsive, mobile-first, dark-mode toggle optional but keep default light & vibrant.
