Age-appropriate meals — personalized for your baby's stage and nutritional needs
Meal Reminders
Start with single-ingredient purees like sweet potato or butternut squash. Introduce one new food every 3–5 days to watch for reactions.
Offer iron-rich pureed meats and legumes. Try mashed avocado, banana, and soft-cooked carrot. 2–3 meals per day alongside breast milk or formula.
Introduce soft finger foods — small pieces of well-cooked pasta, steamed broccoli florets, or ripe banana chunks. Practice self-feeding builds motor skills.
Most table foods in soft, small pieces are appropriate. Avoid honey, whole nuts, and unpasteurized cheeses. 3 meals + 1–2 snacks per day.
Transition to whole cow's milk (up to 16–24 oz/day). Continue offering a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins for a balanced diet.
