Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Please plan to arrive at the clinic at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives you a moment to check in, complete any remaining paperwork, and settle in before your session.
Bring Your Insurance Card & Photo ID
On your first visit, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your insurance card. We'll verify your coverage and keep a copy on file for future sessions.
Cancel at Least 24 Hours in Advance
Life happens — we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee and free up the slot for another patient.
