build me a project for a situation where people with hearing and speaking impair can able to speak to the normal person who doesn't know sign languages like the normal peson when seeing through screen the impaired person may make the action and my project will anlayse it aconvert them into text for the normal people and normal person should text or speak the sentence they want to convey and my project should convert the text to sign language and it should be shown to the normal person so that they can convey in sign language and at the same time they can learn it also, consider two hand gestures collect the dataset from kaggle in the title indian sign language using nvm not npm
