Yes, every service provider on Royal-Marketplace goes through an admin approval process before their listings go live. We verify professional credentials, experience, and ensure they meet our platform quality standards.
You can cancel a booking from your dashboard at any time before the provider accepts it. Once a booking is accepted, please contact the provider directly to discuss rescheduling or cancellation. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.
We are currently working on integrating secure online payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking for the Indian market. In the meantime, payments are settled directly between the customer and the service provider.
Register as a Service Provider, complete your profile with experience details and a profile photo, then create your service listings with titles, descriptions, pricing in INR, availability, and images. Your listings will be published after admin approval.
