Simply search for your desired route using our search bar, select a train from the results, choose your preferred seat, and proceed to secure payment. Your booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email and is also available in your Dashboard.
Yes, you can cancel your booking from your Profile or Dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small processing fee. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Navigate to the Schedules page or use the Live Status widget on the Home page. Enter your train number or route, and you will see real-time updates including current location, estimated arrival, and any delays.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit encryption and processed through our verified payment gateway for your safety.
During the booking process, after choosing your train, you will be shown an interactive seat map. Available seats are highlighted and you can tap or click to select your preferred seat. Seat preferences can also be saved in your Profile for future bookings.
Yes, bookings can be modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure. You can change your travel date, seat preference, or passenger details from the Dashboard. Any fare differences will be adjusted automatically.
Absolutely. Rising-App is GDPR compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never store your full card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by licensed and certified payment partners.
