Bespoke orders at Meghna Rajawat's atelier typically take 4 to 8 weeks from the date of the first fitting appointment, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric sourcing. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional charge — please reach out directly to discuss your timeline. We recommend booking at least 10 weeks in advance for bridal or event ensembles.
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched via insured courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination country. For fragile or heavily embellished pieces, we use specialised packaging to ensure your garment arrives in pristine condition.
Fitting appointments can be requested by filling out the Contact form on this page or by emailing us directly at studio@meghnarajawat.com. Please mention your preferred dates and the nature of the order. Studio visits are by appointment only and are available Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM IST, at our Mumbai atelier. Virtual consultations via video call are also available for outstation clients.
We accept a wide range of payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. These include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, Paytm Wallet, and EMI options on select cards. All transactions are secured via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. For bespoke orders, a 50% advance is required at booking, with the balance due before dispatch.
As each bespoke piece is crafted specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns on custom orders. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the garment does not match the agreed specifications, we will arrange a complimentary alteration or remake. For ready-to-wear pieces from our Collections, exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, with original tags intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.
For event RSVP queries, exclusive trunk show invitations, or press & media enquiries, please use the Subject field "Event Enquiry" in our Contact form, or email events@meghnarajawat.com. Details of upcoming exhibitions, runway previews, and pop-up showcases are also listed on the Events page. Early RSVP is encouraged as seating and access is limited for most studio events.
