Good morning! I just reviewed the CBCT for patient #4287 (Marcus Webb). I'm seeing mesial decay on #14 that wasn't visible on the bitewing — let's add a DO composite to the treatment plan before it progresses.

Yes please. Also, can you pull up the perio chart from last visit? I want to compare probing depths around #14 before we schedule.

Perfect. Probing depths are stable at 2-3mm — no perio concern. Let's go ahead with the DO composite. Schedule 90 minutes and make sure we have enough Filtek Supreme in shade A2.
