giant-project supports three acquisition models so you can choose whatever suits your event budget and timeline best. Pricing is set by the listing troupe and displayed transparently with no hidden fees.
Short-Term Rental (1–7 days): Ideal for one-off events. Pay a daily rate; collection and return logistics are coordinated directly with the troupe.
Long-Term Hire (8–90 days): Discounted weekly rates for extended festivals, residencies, or touring productions.
Outright Purchase: Buy instruments directly from troupes looking to part with equipment. Ownership transfers after payment is verified.
Equipment can be shipped to your venue or collected directly from the troupe. Logistics are handled through our verified courier partners, with real-time tracking available from the moment an item is dispatched.
Choose your delivery method at checkout: Standard Courier, Express Next-Day, or Self-Collect from troupe location.
Fragile or oversized items (tabla sets, large dhol, harmonium) are shipped with foam-padded cases and specialist handlers.
Track your shipment via the Bookings dashboard — live GPS updates are provided 2 hours before delivery.
White-Glove setup service is available in metro cities — a technician will tune and place instruments at your venue.
We take the safety of our partners' instruments seriously. All rentals include basic accidental damage protection, and optional comprehensive cover is available at checkout for high-value or antique instruments.
Basic Protection (included): Covers accidental breakage up to ₹5,000 per item at no extra charge for all rental transactions.
Comprehensive Cover (optional): Extends protection to ₹50,000 per item, including theft and water damage — recommended for rare or antique instruments.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit (typically 20% of item value) is held until the equipment is returned in its original condition.
Claims process: Report damage via the Bookings portal within 48 hours of the event. Our team resolves claims within 5 working days.
